At NANO™ Wallets, we stand by the craftsmanship of our minimalist gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If your new wallet doesn't perfectly streamline your carry, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the NANO™ wallet in its original premium packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include all original inserts.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
